Prestigia canceled my confirmed booking!

I booked a hotel in Las Vegas through the Prestigia Website. I got the confirmation and my credit card get charged with the full amount. One Week later, I got an email, telling me that my booking is cancelled.
I couldn't understand what is going on and tried to call the customer service. There is a phone number to call but if someone answers you should feel yourself lucky! After several calls, I could reach someone from customer service. They told me, they will check my booking and call me back. And as you can expect, no one called me back...
I had to call them again.
At the end, they told me, that the hotel couldn't confirm my booking and they had to cancel my booking! The summary: if you book a hotel from this website, do not think the confirmation from Prestigia means something and you can stay at the hotel! Check always your emails, to be sure that your booking is not cancelled...

First we would like to apology for the delay of our answer. We are really sorry, it took us sometime because we wanted to have more details regarding this problem.

Yes, as you mentionned the hotel has availability on the website. It can happen due to less quantity of rooms available.

We are really sorry regarding the situation and we understand your disappointment.

It took us time to inform you of the lack of availability because we tried to find out a solution with the hotel as we didnt have other hotels available in the area during the period requested.

Once again we apology for the delay.

prestigia cancelled my confirmed booking as well

I accepted this hotel terms and conditions when booking this hotel, and have a receipt confirming the booking, it actually says on receipt thank you for choosing prestigia. we are pleased to confirm ur booking it was for Grange City hotel in London
they say in a email they sent me last night that they do have the room still available on same night but it now over £100 pound more, are you having a laugh. if I book a room at a certain price then this is the room that I should get it for not because u say so add £100 more they have taken my money in full from my credit card. they now say they cant refund until 7 days so couldn't even book anything else for another week anyway. I am not happy with this service and do not accept the refund, I still want the same hotel room, same date and same price,
this is for my birthday treat and I don't want this ruined by a error on ur booking system, advertising what u haven't got.
please contact me at [email protected] to sort this out as I will go further if this isn't.
