123DJ Rip-Off

Absolutely, Positively DO NOT DO BUSINESS with 123DJ. Just read some of the reviews & you will see what I mean. It is my guess that the only way they manage to stay in business is because of new customers getting on the internet & upon seeing some fairly good prices they jump right on & order the equipment. I have had nothing but numerous bad experiences with 123DJ. Consider yourself very lucky if they send you what you ordered. As a rule they will send you a similar item that costs less. And as far as getting any money back from them you can jolly well forget about it. Neal (Manager) will promise to take care of it, and that is the last you will ever hear from him. Continuing to call them will be to no avail & a total waste of your time. This time I am only out $30.00 & a light that I have no use for. I consider myself pretty lucky after reading reviews where customers have lost literally $$$$$ Thousands of Dollars $$$$$. I am not one to write reviews unless it is a positive one. But in the case of 123DJ I felt that I needed to write this in hopes of keeping my fellow DJs & Musicians from making a very sad mistake. I could go on & on in detail as to 123DJ's poor business ethics. In short, here is my advice; Save yourself much frustration & STAY AWAY from 123DJ. Go to Musician's Friend, Guitar Center, Ebay, Amazon or anywhere other than 123DJ. PEACE.
