poor quality product

Do not buy electronics from this company! They sell damaged and broken computers and there is no chance for an exchange on a normal one. This company is deceptive and fraudulent and all their business is based on scamming people. Beware and don't allow them to fool you!

dell laptop

i bought a dell laptop from this company and it only worked about 2 weeks . and cant be fixed. it is junk. Do not buy from this company. I dont understand how they can go through sears .com

Dell Laptop

TI wish I would have read these reviews ,first before buying. But since it was buying from Sears it had to be alright. First of all they only put in a 32 Bir and only a 1MB memory and it took 3 weeks after they shipped it to get it. When I emailed them about it they had me take the hard drive out and ship it back to upgrade it to 64 plus $20.00 for shipping they said. Well it has been a week since they have shipped my hard drive back and I am still waiting for it. And this is after I explained to them that I am very ill and pretty much home bond and my computer is the way I stay on contact with family and friends. You think they would have paid the $6.00 at most and made sure I could get it in three days but not them they shipped it the cheapest way. All I can say I will not shop with them or with sears again. They have made it very clear they do not care about there customers

Dell Laptop

Their business reviews show it that this company is deceptive and fraudulent. Beware and don't allow them to fool you! I wish I would've seen these and other reviews before buying from them. As of right now, I can't even get newegg.com to post 1 of 4 reviews, because I can't get passed their filters, the experience was so bad.

I bought a 'refurbished' Dell laptop from this company. The 1st one they sent out had the wrong specs, the only thing that was right, was the shell said it was a Dell. It took just over a month, due to very slow return communication from them, to get the 2nd laptop, and it didn't function any better than the first. The 2nd one won't let me update Windows, charger overheats, the battery has about 30 seconds of life in it unplugged until it shuts down the laptop, it was very slow, and I got a black screen with a restart. When contacted about this, the seller came back with a 'double upgrade' offer. The offer ended up being for a laptop of $40 lesser value and a 3 star rating. Do not buy from this company. They go through very reputable .coms so you think they are a safe bet, THEY ARE NOT!

Inferior product and unacceptable Customer Service

NEVER,, NEVER, NEVER buy from Zoomusa!!

I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude from Kmart with Zoomusa as the 3rd party seller. It only had a 32 bit operating system. Not acceptable! I have owned two Dell Latitude 6400. Each of them with 64 bit operating system. So, I needed 64 bit. I found out the hard way after I received the item that it had 32 bit. NOWHERE in the product description of this item does it say it has a 32 bit operating system. I tried calling Zoomusa. You can't get through on the phone. So I emailed them and told them I needed a computer right away and this one is unacceptable and wanted to return it. I did not get an email back from them until it was too late, and I already had bought another one. Never heard from Zoomusa again when asking for them to assist me with the return. So, I notified my credit card of the dispute. If I still hear nothing after reasonable time, I will file complaint with BBB and Attorney General of Indiana. This most annoying situation came at a time when my son got injured requiring surgery. I DID NOT NEED THIS AT ALL!!! Thanks for NOTHING, Zoomusa.

Finally, after more than 3 weeks of dispute, Kmart stepped in and provided me with a shipping label. If Zoomusa doesn't refund my money, Discover bank will be after them and I will also report them to the Attorney General.

Laptop

On feb 25,2018 I ordered a refurbished laptop through my Kmart website. When I recite the laptop it was in such poor condition that I immediately returned it. I requested a refund. After about 2 weeks I heard nothing about my refund and I was told that another laptop was sent to me. I informed the representative that I had specifically requested a refund. Once I receive the second laptop I refused it and it was shipped back. I contacted Sears/Kmart a number of times and was told they would take care of it once they got word the laptop was retarded. After approximately 2 months contacting Sears I called again today who put on the phone with a man named John at ZOOMUSA who told me that I coul not receive a refund.and he was sure if they received the laptop I offered to give him the tracking number to proved they received it two weeks ago and he refused to take it stating even if they have it back I could not receive a refund. This company ZOOMUSA Is a scam company that sends out computer that are in such poor condition. Please read all the negative reviews written by numerous people that have experience the same . N two occasions I have tried to make Sears/Kmart aware of this problem and have asked them to look into it and they let this company sell merchandise under their company

Frauds

I ordered a laptop from them through Walmart.com. They spec'ed it as a laptop with an i7 processor, 500GB memory, 8GB RAM. In reality, it is a beat up piece of junk with an i5 processor, 250G memory, and 4G RAM. I tried contacting them for over two weeks with no response. Now they have emailed me back saying I am outside of the return window (as of today). This company should be reported for fraudulent activity.

Shady

Do not buy from ZoomUSA. I was told the Dell I received with Virus/Malware prompted an overhaul in their warehouse to prevent it from happening again, but clearly all of these other reviews suggest this is not true. After many attempts to get a refund, I finally was able to get a refund thru my credit card company. If you are in this position, document each call and contact your credit card company for a refund. I also contacted the FBI Cyber Crimes division as my computer was shipped across state lines loaded with Malware. You can easily fill out a short report on line at the FBI cyber crimes reporting online. One last thing, contact Sears corporate, a letter is best since it can't be dismissed, at Mr. Ed Lampert, CEO, Sears Holding Corporation, 3333 Beverly Road, Hoffman Estates, ILL. 60179. Let them know how this seller is operating under the Sears name.

Is it Tanga or ZoomUSA?

I ordered a refurbished dell 6430 from Tanga. When it arrived it would not boot. There was a letter enclosed that told me to contact ZoomUsa with any problems, so, I did via email. Received an automated email that they had received my email and would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. When I didn't hear from them I called and spoke with John who sent me an RMA to return the laptop. I returned it immediately on 5/14/19 and I received the same laptop back on 5/25/19. It would not boot past the MS window and used icon; little circle just kept going around and around. I sent an email again on 5/29/19 asking them to send RMA and credit my account when they received the laptop back. Got the same automated email that they would respond within 24-48 hours. Didn't hear from them, so, I called on 6/4/19; John assured me he would make sure I got RMA right away. When I didn't get it 'right away', I called again and got John who said he was just the fulfillment center and could not set up for me to get a refund; I would have to contact the seller I purchased it through; but he could send me another laptop and my 15 days were up. NOT! After all of this, I have no confidence in the laptops or the seller. So, I sent TANGA an email on 6/4/19 and got the same automated email back from them. To date, I have not heard from them. I paid with a VISA through PayPal, so, I filed a dispute with PayPal on 6/14/19. If I don't hear from them within 10-15 days, I will file a dispute with Capital One, which is the credit card used on my PayPal acct and they are very timely in getting disputes taken care of. Don't take a loss. If it's not what you ordered, contact your credit card company.
