awful management

I've been working for these guys for two months and it has been a nightmare. The guy that hired me left straight away due to personal reasons and they put another person as a manager. She turned out to be a really awful person. She's always saying that the staff is slow and is extremely aggressive, keeps saying that we're all going to get fired. This is just awful. Beware of this particular Zaxby's restaurant in Huntsville:
