Very bad support

I had a yupptv subscription to renew month on month. After few months , yupptv support team called me to change package to betterone where i can get one more additional channel for same price. Eventhough i am not convinced that guy forced me to accept which i did. Later after few months i wanted to unsubscribe and cancel the services when i find better one, they were not accepting ti cancel as it is one year service which they didnt mentioned when i had connection. This sucks me as i cannot cancel service and i cannot get back my money for rest of the year that i am not going to use there service. I personnally never recommend yupptv and suggest to go Sling tv which has good service support
