avoid at all costs!
This company is a thief and liar! I had an account with them but I found several unauthorized charges and decided to cancel my account. After I made the cancellation they were charging me without my permission two months. This company must be avoided!

Youfit unscrupulous methods
Back in November of 2013, I sat down with one of your associates to discuss my fitness needs. I decided that I needed the use of the weight bearing machines and ONE month of 8 personal training sessions just to kick start my strengthening plan. After the verbal communication where I stated categorically that I only wanted ONe month of personal training. The associate then walked me over to a digital signature pad. I had no reason to believe that the digital contract stated anything different from our verbal discussion. Little did I realize that the digital contract included obscure statements of recurring payments of $240.00 per month for 12 months (this information was tucked away in small print to the right of the screen). Soon I realized that $240.00 was being debited from my credit card. I had been going into the gym twice a week, with never a mention that I was fast accruing sessions that I was not taking (because I never agreed to). When I realized this, I spoke to a manager (Kevin?) He was not forthcoming in understanding the unethical manner in which the signature was extracted. I completed a cancellation form, and asked that in demonstration of company good will the charges would be reversed(4x$240.00=$960.00). He then proceeded to print a hard copy of my contract, which, in effect clearly showed my signature done under unethical circumstances (verbal agreement differently stated in the contract). I filed a dispute with the credit card company but could not be resolved because Youfit sent a signed hard copy of the contract. Today I went back to YouFit and found out that another charge of $240.00 was pending because my original cancellation was "lost" according to Daniel. I filed another cancellation form today, further diminishing my trust in your company. The resounding word throughout these event is company policy. I would like to think that company policy should be transparent, upright dealings with the public, and even if I did sign a contract (albeit based on cross-communications) that business good will prevail. I have taken the matter to my credit card corporate headquarters, and am ready to begin filing adverse reports concerning Youfit. All I require is a return of 4 payments of $240.00 paid for personal training sessions that I never agreed to. Hope you are able to satisfy this concern.
