fake product, keys and product doesnt work

I bought a driver update program from ixi tools some time ago. It worked OK, however I discovered that many of the driver downloads were actually available on the manufacturer's websites for free. Then I had a harddrive crash and renewed the harddrive. I re-installed the program, but it would not respond to my registration key. I tried to contact ixi tools a number of times but received no reply whatsoever. This has done extreme damage to the credibility of other "driver downloader" programmers. I will not trust another advert on this level ever again. I would rather upgrade the program. And all you driver download scammers out there, , , you and your contempories can go throw ... at your face. You will never see business from me again!
