My name is Walter Wassillie and I have a joint bank account with our youngest son (age 19). Only recently I noticed numerous charges to our account from Facebook.com, which amount to hundreds of dollars that my son is totally flabbergasted by. My son has not provided our visa/debit/credit card number to this entity and this is highway robbery.
I have called the number listed on the charges and the agent says they do not address charges on the phone. This is fraud and I want this rectified!!!
Our son is in a different state and we are funding his life while he is in search of employment - he can barely afford food, let alone rediculous charges such as these.

My credit card was charged five times in the amount of $10.00 each between Feb 9-13, 2012 and I am VERY frustrated about it. It went through facebook and I was hacked, locked out, my computer shut down for several days before we could even get it back and running again before we saw what happened! Can NOBODY at least give us a phone number to call about this???!!! It changed my name to "facebouk" as well as some of my friends.
PLEASE ADVISE!!

Correction: $750! They got me again for ANOTHER $250 BEFORE the bank closed the card 1st thing in the morning! Debit card closed, dispute claim opened, and the incident has been reported to the authorities and when we get them they WILL be prosecuted. Me and my wife work our butts off 7 days a week 364 days a year with only ONE day off and we get screwed out of money that we have to work our butts off for, so you better believe when we find the culprit, I am prosecuting to the Nth degree of my power.
I have a question for all of you: Have you ever used your cards at any particular websites? I've only used mine on Amazon.com, Paypal, and VERY few others (the only other I could think of is I pay web-hosting... that's it).

UPDATE: I reported the reference codes in the charges to Facebook (go to fb.me/cc and you can enter it there) and they claimed that the code and final four digits of my card did not match. So, as I suspected, some hacker/scammer lowlife is posing as Facebook (or USED Facebook, but likely just posed as them).
When I catch the lowlife immoral geek who did this...

EVERYONE WITH THIS PROBLEM: IT IS NOT FACEBOOK! IT IS A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD/BANK ACCOUNT HACKER USING FACEBOOK AS A COVER!!! DON'T BE A DUMMY AND ACT! YOU MUST SHUT YOUR CARD DOWN BECAUSE THEY WILL DRAIN YOU REPEATEDLY AND NOT STOP - EVEN OVERDRAW YOUR ACCOUNT!!! I WAS DRAINED OF $750 IN AROUND 24 HOURS (THAT IS NOT EVEN INCLUDING OVERDRAW FEES!!!), AND THAT IS $750 THAT I BADLY NEEDED FOR ROOM/BOARD/FOOD/WORK SUPPLIES!!! The ammounts of 2.06, 10.29, 10.37, 20.76, 10.55 were charged to my credit card without my authorization. May 11, facebook.com q7uv3229m 2.06, may 12, wzwv3229m 10.29, may 16, 9t8w3229m 10.37, may 16, jt8w3229m 20.76, may 24, j5uw3229m 10.55. If these charges are not refunded immediately my visa company said to tell you that they would take action and consider these fraudulent activities, cara malo hedgehogno5@live,com. Visa also stated to stop any further billing ie monthly.

Dear Sirs,
I made payment $5 on my Master Card 5181 2710 4742 5910 on December 14 on-line. Today I found additional charges on my account;
$9.89
$5.04
$4.43
$3.02
On December 15, new charge was made on my card again. My bank cancelled this master card on December 15.
I made only one payment amount $5 on December 14, 2012 from my 12 years old son Face Book account. All other charges was made on-line with out my knowledge and permission.
Could you please cancel all other transactions from my Master Card on December 14 and 15, 2012.
I let my bank know about it.

My Credit shows all these UN-Authorized charges totaling $582.76 over 2 days April 20, and 21 2012, this is crazy and differently shows fraud and mis use of my credit card. I need this money put back on my credit card asap please. As I stated I am a single mother and this is grocery money for one and a half months.
Please issues this credit back on my credit card account and block who ever this to my credit card. below are the charges that were billed to my credit card

Facebook Took From My Debit Card
My name is Faith Murray and I have just discovered that my debit card was charged $39.95 for something to do with Facebook! This transaction was not authorized and I would like to know how to get my money back or even if it is possible. The only thing it says is FACEBOOK.COM*X8HZ422XS. I have no idea what this is and I would appreciate this being looked into.
