Major Scam
I signed up and paid for this site lately for 7-day trial, and it will automatically change after 7-day.
I want to cancel my membership, but I cannot find any way to cancel it.
What can I do?
Should I call my card company's service center and change my card code or something?

Same as "Major Scam" complaint above
I had the same problem that this person who wrote this complaint. I had a 3-day trial of something that was so confusing and didn't make any sense really. It brings you to other sites where you're going to be charged as well (?), which made no sense to me, so I tried to cancel it. Like the person above who made the complaint I too couldn't figure where to go to cancel this. I finally did get to a screen involving billing and it had a section at the bottom which were different options and one of them was to cancel membership. I tapped on the button and put in the name and order number and it said you'll be refunded in 12 hours. I even saved and printed it out too. I went into my credit company website and noticed that it had parenthesis marks around $3.98, which was the initial fee. That indicated to me that it indeed was canceled, but the next day, Monday August 13, I go back into my credit card holder site and it showed the $69-- something charge, which was supposed to kick in automatically after 3 days, but then the parenthesis marks were gone around the $3.98 this time. I called them at the credit card company and they didn't know what happened and chewed out the movie site company "Download Provider" who gave me the runaround of like we never received your cancellation. Why would it say your refund comes in 12 hours? This is a scam and hopefully you can shine more light on this.
