Fraudulent Debit Charge
I had a charge of $9.75 on my bank card today. Called them up several times in order to reach someone.
I have never been to their site before, but someone ordered a "car hammer" to my account. Weird thing is, they were shipping it to my address. They had my name, address and credit card number. HOW THE HELL DID THAT HAPPEN????

Same thing happened to me, however, it happened on my CC then my DC. I was actually able to get someone on the phone but all of her answers were very scripted. They also had my address and name. I have an iTunes account but the CC is not on that account. They said they are refunding my money and the bank confirmed it was in processing so we will see. I use BOA. FYI... the website uses a .ws domain which stands for "western samoa". The charge said they were in Astor, PA but I would guess that is false.

Same thing happened to me. Got a charge for 8.95. Did anyone shopped for car parts? I shopped at PepBoys the week before... Maybe its related? Banking with Citizens...

This website charged my card for $10.55 today which is 12/27/11...I haven't been to the website until after the charge. I am now in the process of having all my bank stuff changed. Haven't bought anything off line in awhile. Its been like 2I months ago on Ebay through Paypal. I think they are getting our card numbers somewhere else. But who do we complain to that can stop this from happening again ever to anyone?

I have had the same thing happen on Dec 15th and for $7.55 now had to cancel my debit card and this has happened twice this year I ahve had this happen-laast time was 2 fraud transactions with 2 other cmapanies- the person used a fake e-mail address and my ld married name thqt I ahve not had for 3 1/2 years-how is this stuff able to come out of my account off my debit card with the bank with the wrong name being used???? It is pissing me off.

How do you get ahold of this carkitshop.ws to get your money back-I have also called the number and you are always on hold with an automated forieghn person-never for themt o answer the phone and when I try to file a report with this company it will not go through so, I cannot get my money back-does anyone have any info on this company and have you ever gotten your money back???? Who knows what theyordered or who ordered it but, I sure haven ot ever known of this company-there should be a way to track the hackers down-internet no secure at all!!!

I am very upset i just checked my debit card there was a 20.55 cent charge from this website, which i never heard of you guys . i am going to the police with this matter. i want this resolved now..... call me at 517-203-6048

I have just had the same thing happen.My card was charged $6.55 and I have never heard of this place.I have tried calling but its a recording and then put on hold but no one ever answers.This has happened to me 4 times in the past 3 months with 2 different cards and banks.This is getting totally out of hand.I have contacted Citizens and put in a fraud complaint.This process takes about 2 weeks of which I hope they don't hit again.

Fraudulent Debit Charge
Just discovered a charge to my account from wwwautokitshopws in PA for $10.55. Has anyone had this issue successfully resolved or should I just plan on having a couple less Starbuck's this week. Do I need to go to the trouble of getting a new debit card? I am in Ohio but near Pittsburgh. I have PNC banking.

I just got off thet phone with my bank and they gave me the 610-285-1763 number. no one answered. cancelled my debit card and requested another. I also bank with PNC. has anyone filed a report with the feds about this yet?

my debit card was also charged for $10.35 on 1/25/12 I have PNC Bank I also called the company the 610-285-1763 someone answered but then asked me to hold while she looked up my info and hung up on me i am closing my accounts and i also contacted wpxi about investigating this

I have PNC and my VISA Check Card was charged 10.65 on 1/27 by www.autokitshop.ws. I did a Google search and found out there are many spam complaints about this. Also I found that www.autokitshop.ws (reverse DNS lookup) is based out of Russia!

I just recently looked at my bank statement and saw a charge from this place for $10.55. I called my bank (Regions) and they said i can't dispute until it is no longer pending. I also called the number on here 610.285.1763 and got a recording SHOCKER! The last time i used my debit card was yesterday which was 45 minutes before this was taken out. I used it at PEW WEI. Also my account it linked to my iTunes account. I have had it for years and had no issues. Does anyone have anymore information on this customer. We have to find a common factor to figure this out. I cancelled my debit card but not my bank account.

I just got a charge from them on February 28, 2012, in the amount of $9.15 for some kind of auto mp3 player. I called the number the bank gave me and they answered the phone and they are cancelling the order. I am getting a new card.

I was hit for $10.25 today. I tried to email them but of course it came back as undeliverable. I will be contacting my bank on 03/08/2012. They are messing with the wrong person here, I have Federal connections which will help in this situation. I pitty the poor fool that crosses me.

I also had a $10 charge from AutoShopKit.ws . I called them (610-285-1763 around 3PM) and said I ordered an air filter and they were shipping it to my address. I don't even have a car. They said they would cancel the order, but I would have to wait until tomorrow to see if that is the case. I have all my online accounts tied to that card, so it is going to be a pain to change it. In the process of moving everything off and then getting a new card. I'm a Citizens customer. It seem like everyone on this board is from Pennsylvania or/and using PNC or Citizen. Might be something local that is the common thread.

Autokitshop charged me $6.65 for a cigarette lighter!! WTF!! I did speak to somebody saying she was in customer service and she said someone ordered this online with my name, address and credit card #. I don't even smoke. I asked her for a phone # of somebody other than customer service and she had no #'s or answers. She said someone must have gotten my info and placed an order and my response was, yeah it was your company that you work for. I did place an order for some shocks online yesterday and all of sudden today I find the bogus charge. There has to be something that we can do to get these thieves off the internet, with all the complaint sites, why are they still in business? I'm not sure what to do.
