I feel that I got scammed!
They promised to pick up the bike 5 days ago and still didn't do it! They don't pick up the phone and they have my deposit! I feel that I got scammed!

Avoid at all costs!
Booked a transport for my bike. Had to cancel pick up due to work constraints. Cancelled months in advance of pick up. Does not return emails, seems unwilling to refund my fee of 822 dollars. I've had to enlist legal services and will be filing a lawsuit for the theft of the 822 dollars.
My recommendation is to use someone reputable like HaulBikes. This guy is a total scumbag.
