unauthorized charges
I also was charged $29.99 by WMV*match.com on 12/29/2011 and it was reversed on 12/30/2011. Apparently, this has been going on for three or more years. All of us card users suffer the effort of card cancellation and the chase bounced legitimate charges from valid vendors. Do the authorities do nothing? Banks, Card companies and police officials just take the reports and file them. Nothing gets fixed. Almost makes me want to get into a similar scam.

1/14/2012-I too just found this(WMV*MATCH.Com) and another(EZETOP*TOPUP) unauthorized charges on my bankcard. I do not know how this happen it is a good thing that I have identity theft though my bank. I do not have to pay for these charges and hopefully the overdraft fees either. Please add this other company on your list, so that others can watch for them.

Well I have this WMV MATCH.COM on my credit card as well as of today when going to check the transactions. The only 2 charges I have made all year on this card are:
PAYPAL *ICEMONKEY
Transaction date: 01/26/2012
Card type: Visa
Transaction type: Purchases
Merchant description: ELECTRONIC STORES
and
PAYPAL *LIENASTORE
Transaction date: 01/27/2012
Card type: Visa
Transaction type: Purchases
Merchant description: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (NOT ELSEWHERE CLASSIFIED)
Something tells me it's this last transaction that might possibly be the problem since right after this last transaction hit it came up as pending. The charge of the MATCH.COM is only pending as we speak, but will stil be looking into it.

I suggest a class action suit to make Match.com liable for these fraudulent charges...also to make them be responsible for what has happened. I too have been charged over the last year(unknown to me until recently) by WMV Match.com. for $45.00 When I called the number all I got was a recording from Match.com. They have ignored my attempts to solve the issues. I have my credit card company investigating the charges, which will take time. If we don't stand up together and fight this...every company out there will think it's ok to screw us behind our back!

mine is really not a complaint, i purchased match.com on 28 of september and last week my coputer crashed and i lost my sign-in [email protected] username wolflady0060. how do i get it back?when i go into match .com they send me the one i used a couple of years ago ( Donna66602E) (X6629A9A) i don't use this one

4/07/2013-I was told by my bank's security that the only way to protect my credit card was to cancel it which I just did. This is a real pain because I pay bills using my card and now I have to update these other accounts with the new number. WMV*MATCH.Com has been doing this for many years. When is this going to stop???? Please add WMV*MATCH.Com on your list, so others can watch for them.

I just found a charge for WMV match.com on my bank account and called to dispute and remove the charge. There was also a fraudulent charge for 66 cents by "L D H Construct" that the bank said was likely a test run to see if they can make further charges on my bank account. I reported it to the bank and will report it to the police department. Fat chance the police will look into it but I figure if they get enough complaints, they may take notice and report it up the chain to the Feds. Now I have to watch my accounts every hour to be sure I catch the fraudulent charges that are probably coming.
