shady call promising 25k $

Yesterday I received a call from 909 666 0986 telling me that I have won 25 thousand dollars and wanted to discuss the options of delivery. They claimed that the reason of winning this money from paying my bills on time. The reason and the accent was making me feel unsure about this. He was also unable to verify his location. So while I was on the phone with him I checked google for the feedback of his company and found lots of complaints. The site is targeting elderly people and scam them into sending money before they can receive their prize. I luckily didn't lose my money and I would like to warn you all about this site do not fall for it!

Lost over 10,000
Mr James Brown called and said they got my name from shopping at Walmart. He said I won 2,5 million and had to pay a can't
remember what the first amount was and then there was always something more--taxes and fees to get into Nebraska etc. I
also won a car,
I was vulnerable at the time, but after 6 months he had the nerve to CALL ME AGAIN TODAY AND SAY ALL THE FEES WOULD
BE WAIVED THAT HAVE ACCUMULATED SINCE I STOPPED PAYING AND I ONLY OWE $1,200 to still claim the prize.
I turned in all the information to the attorney general's office but no one seems to care. He has a New York number 305-767-6443.
