Very bad service - when called after cancellation
Well I was a lone time customer of wind mobile, then I need to move to a rural area, wind mobile does not have good reception. So I decided to change providers. Not knowing Windmobile was not going to prorate my monthly fees. I finding a surprise credit card from Windmobile.
I called them up to explain the charges, the rep there constantly refused accept the way their have charged my account. then her supervisor came online and dictated to me the Terms and conditions.
Apparently, if we cancel out plan in the middle of our plan term. Wind mobile does not or will not prorate the charges back to our account. I asked if the supervisor ( Mr. Mike - My reference number to call was C260 88741) can show me where in the terms and condition this is called out. He replies he has not way of identify, maying because he did not even know.
So if the people that work their as supervisors do not even know how to help their customers, then I can not blame the poor sales rep that did not know anything as well.
I feel very sorry for all the customer that have services with Windmobile. Because not only these people do not know how to treat their customers. but they are stealing money from right under our nose.
I am now very glad, I left this poor company call Windmobile. Good luck and have fun stealing peoples hard earned money. I can not wait until someone out there finds the time and energy to come after your company and sue you.
