misrepresentation

i have been repeatedly harassed by the canadian bureau of collections on a debt the former holder of my phone number that was assigned to me by wind mobile. i have visited wind mobiles front in the mall and talked to their supervisor of customer service . theyre response is to change the number. i have pointed out my extensive international calls and the huge inconvenience to me to do so. i explained to the supervisor that these harassing calls are illegal under canadian law and expected wind to honor our agreement of a decent line of communication. wind has the responsibility to correct this not me. im a loyal shaw customer and am greatly distressed by the wind response , which was to remind me that i will owe $200.oo if i cancel my service.
