Failure to deliver goods
I am having a bad experience with Wholecelium. I ordered and payed a product 1 month ago and the product has not still been shipped, and I did not receive any answer from the costumer service of the two complaint emails I sent.

Wholecelium robbed me! Watch-out! Fraud!
Last month I paid for my first order T383093 via bank transfer and everything went fine: the product was delivered within a week, it had a positive impact on me. Perfect!
Then I placed a second order T392071 of a higher value, I paid the exact same way (Bank transfer), and I never received anything! They just took my money and vanished!
Initially, they wrote that they did not get the money, then I send them the bank proof certification, and never heard from them again! Despite my many mails, they do not even bother to reply anymore.
I got suspicious and checked around the net, it seems that this is the new policy of the company, many complaints of similar thefts, unfortunately I am not the only one... Don't take my word for it, just google "wholecelium complaint", read the many problems and make your own mind.
I am very disappointed, but thank God there are many more suppliers available :) I just wish I had read the critics before placing the orders... and losing my money.
