Terrible Company/Customer service

I purchased leggings from White Plum for Christmas gifts on Deals and Steals on GMA in December 2016. The leggings were good quality, however they were sewn wrong. Horrible to be frank. The pattern was totally off and they looked ridiculous. I contacted the company in December 2016 and heard back via email (you cannot contact a live person...this should have been a flag) and asked to take a picture and send it, which I did. They have responded to numerous emails since December saying we are sorry, we will send a replacement over and over. The last email I received (2 weeks ago) they said they are shipping out and sending me tracking info right away. Two weeks ago! So now we are in March and the leggings that they said they would replace are still not.
