Horrible customer treatment!
This company hires employees who don’t know their job!!! They are unprofessional. I was dealing with this agent named Gloria, and she was told to increase the value of my van! But she didn’t saying, it can’t be done!!!! Even though later I found out that it is possible!!!!!!!! All those people should be fired! I can’t imagine how can any of them do something good for the clients!!!!!!
