slow service and cold eating area
ah if its hot in the back they need the AC on no matter what because if they don't they'll sweat and overheat plus they work with grill, fryers, etc. Even though you the customer pay for our check. we the workers make your food. and if the food is too slow they means that the drive through is packed and has orders too fill.

Managers Arrogance
I ordered the brioche sandwich and the roll was burnt so i took it back. They gave me another one. But this one had parts of the roll that were hard, just like a reheated sandwich. I ate it. On the way out I said something to the manager( not wanted refund but just to let them know. He immediatly started confrontation saying =Sir you ate 9/10s. I replied I didnt want my money back. He gave me a song and dance of well it was toasted. BS he must of thought I had stupid on my forehead. Then he and the register clerk stated getting even more mouthy. If he is the best Wendys can do for managers, they need to go out of business. I am 62 years old and this is the worst manager I have sen EVER. On top of that the sandwich was the worst I have ever gotten at Wendys and it looked good on tv. Last time to this Wendys, EVER.

fast service but food was cold

My first and last stop on my way home form work. I will admit that the service was very fast, but (BUT) the fries were only warm and soggy and the burger was cold. I like my food hot. I will say that your adds made me want to try your burgers but cold food turns me off so you will not be seeing me again even though I drive by your door to and from work.
