I am want to get out from under Wells Fargo home mortgage. Tried to get HARP loan but they want to charge me over $3000.00 to refinance. Have been with Wells Fargo for 10 years. Never missed a payment, never a late payment. Ads says no additional fees to refinance through HARP. Someone is either lying or WellsFargo is not following the HARP guidelines. I closed my other accounts with WF due to very poor customer service. Agent that I talked to was also rude. I know they are having problems but this is no way to “win friends and influence people!”
