Wrong Equipment

I bought a heat pump from Egozi Enterprises 2-25-13. It was delivered sometime late April or early May 2013. I had to tear out my existing duct work and install everything new before I could have the New Heat Pump Installed. I wasn't in a hurry plus I was working a lot of overtime on my Job so I didn't have time to work on it. When I was able to get someone to install it the heat pump,it wouldn't come on in the heat mode but it would cool.. After the A/C guy checked the wiring several times we looked inside the unit to look at the reversing valve and then realized that we had a cooling unit only not a heat pump. I contacted Egozi Enterprises and he said that all he could do was sell me another unit like the one I was supposed to get at cost. Before I orded this equipment I got confirmation from them by email exactly what I was supposed to get but that was wrong. The one that was ordered was 4A6Z0036B1000A the one I received was 4A7Z0036B1000A its only one number off a I didn't catch that until I was ready to use it. It had been about 10 months since I received the equipment but I didn't think that I had any reason to hurry. The unit is installed but I couldn't use it because it was winter. That's why I ordered a heat pump. This is a top of the line equipment it cost 5700.00. I would just like to get what I ordered. Also there is about a 500.00 difference in the equipment that I got verses what I ordered.

Don't buy from them unless you want to get ripped off

Bought a condensing unit Monday 6/13/2016 they took the money $1029.00 out of my bank the same day the next day I called to find out why they did not ship the unit that I bought the one that they gave me a receipt for More told me that they gave me the wrong price and they needed to get $250. More or they would not ship it so I cancelled my order I'm still trying to get my money back AC/ whole sale is where you need to go they have the equipment on site these guys don't they have to get it from the manufacturer first then ship it to you once they get your money you are done I had to file a complaint of fraud to Florida's Attorney General's office still have to get my money back don't deal with this company or its affiliates unless you like to Chase down your money.

What a bunch of crooks

I JUST tried to buy a system from them. Their prices are GREAT! They told me that they work with a network of installers all across the country, so I asked for some BEFORE I bought one. Initially I talked to "Moe", then later Steve Feldman (more like Shemp - that leaves Larry left!). Steve actually told me that they *would not* give me a name of an installer until I put a deposit on a system at which point I immediately hung up.

Their "customer service" called back and said "we noticed that you were on the phone and it was disconnected" (Yea - Steve asked them to try and set the hook so they could reel me in), what happened? I was transferred to Moe told them that I would NEVER put any money down until I spoke with the installer. I received a page from some web search for installers. When I called this guy (who was very nice, btw), he told me he doesn't even do that work anymore. So much for their "network of installers".

My trust in this company is in the toilet. Be VERY VERY Wary about buying anything from them!!!

Ripped off!

On Sept 21 I purchased a split system AC unit from We Sell AC, and called back within an hur to cancel the order. They threatened to charge me a $600 restocking fee if I cancelled. WARNING!!! Do not do business with these people!!!
