Sent more expensive product and charged 4 times on shipping

I tried to order the $10 WaxVax on Nov. 23, 2012. The price was suppose to be $10. They offered same item if I ordered another one for $7. and some covers to go over waxVac. It ended up costing me $108.00 and now they refuse to give me all my money for return, they want to keep all the 4xs Shipping they charged. Was ripped off and looks like Fraud to me.
