Disgusting and lazy

Three times my parcel has been left in the food recycle bin. This is disgusting. Today I found another parcel on my front doorstep, so lucky it wasn't stolen! The next time I order something if it is being deliverd by Hermes , then I will change the delivery company. I am not going to call Hermes to complain as their call charges are astronomical. It's just pure laziness putting people's parcels in the bin or chucking them on the doorstep with NO delivery notte, so no proof. Where is the comeback if these items go missing? It's outrageous. From a very unhappy Hermes recipient ( by luck).
