bad choice for watch repair

Something is basically wrong when they charge your card in advance.
He is a broker , not a watch repair man.
the repair of my Rolex was completed ok but the bracelet disappeared.

a used replacement was sent that was engraved with someones name on it
it can not be use with out repairs
check it out carefully before you send in anything.
