poor quality

My daughter got her hair colored for a graduation at smartstyle in a walmart location in Saskatoon. Her hair got super dry and turned orange (not the color at all she showed). Still paid for it, as the stylist said for her to come back the next day to tone it down. Which we did. Didn't help much. I decided to give feedback on their webpage explaining the whole situation (much more detail than I am giving). No response at all. I had a super unhappy daughter who felt she had to wear her hair up the remainig of the school year because she didn't want people to see the color. Bottom line: Ask about your hair dressers experience prior to getting anything done - I suppose this goes for anywhere. And most importantly, with this company:
Don't expect an apology or compensation from their head office because they don't seem to really care about their customers experiences, if you have a negative experience.
