overcharge
I opened an account there and wanted to make a family mobile deal where the first line is $45 and other lines is $35. Later when I received my bill I noticed that they wanted to charge me $45 for each line and also taxes. I called them and their manager said that he can sort this problem out and make everything as I want but I need to pay for closing the old line and opening a new one and if I want to cancel their services I also need to pay a cancelling fee. This is a total scam, they never informed me about this before!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Second bill
I accidentally got blocked from my sim card, so I went and bought another one. The Walmart employee told me that I have to report about this to my company, because they will charge me for both lines. I did receive a bill for $94.50, but I suppose to pay only 45 per month.
Be careful with such stuff.

wrong bills, poor customer service
This company two months in a row send me wrong bill and ignored all my claims for a refund when i tried to contact them, Poor customer service! I will never recommend it to anyone!

What's the point?
I don’t see the point paying the bills, since I rarely receive any service, i.e. internet. It is mostly shut down, and there is no connection. Speaking with the customer support brings no luck.
