No update- package shows delivered but not showing in my account

Thats my case number with Vpost

The are unable to find my package for over a week now.
I have called customer care, emailed them, chatted with them online- no appropriate response.
They just keep telling me two more working days- we will email you.
No response from them.
Been tracking them everyday and calling them everyday.
Submitted all documents to them.
They are still unable to find my package.
It is a very expensive stroller - I am nine months pregnant- they are just stressing their customers out.

Very unfair, very annoying, horrible!
Cannot believe they are a Singapore company.
