no warranty repair and no customer support service

I purchased water filtration equipment from this company and in two month after i installed all equipment it was damaged. I compacted this company about the refund but I was ignored without a reason. they never responded on my mails and it seems that their phone system doesn't exist at all! They never provided me warranty services as required and I will never recommend this company to anyone after such experience!!!
