True Help for those in need
I know what you are referring to and our company was in a 750k lawsuit with a well known timeshare corp where the FBI was involved. Since you are an informed individual im sure you are also aware the VO Group won that lawsuit and actually received an applause from the judge stating our services are needed and welcomed.

True Help for those in need
I am skeptical about the answer. I know through a family member who is an FBI agent that they investigate when there is fraudulent acivity involved and they have evidence, never when it is a private lawsuit. The State Attorney General's office also would not be involved unless fraudulent activity is involved. The findings will tell the truth.

Life experience with FBI
I know from experience that the FBI investigates when a company grows extremely fast and they want to know where the money is coming from and where it is going to, having nothing to do with fraudulent activity. I have had friends that have had legitimate honorable business that were almost a success over night with huge financial success, get investigated by the FBI. You guys are ridiculous! I mean come on Jesus Christ was considered a fraud and a scam at many points in his life. If you are a believer you know that it is not true, if you are not a believer you have doubt, but who are you really doubting?

Oh please ! The comments about Jesus Christ are absolutely ridiculous! Guess you work for VO Group or perhaps one of those arrested!!?? Hmmm.. and Brandoal your comment was BEFORE the arrests on 4/17/12 and the subsequent arraignment for the one owner of the VO Group on 5/14/12 and the other owner was arraigned on 5/21/12. Waiting to see when the trial will be. Like the FBI would waste time on a 18 month investigation if they did not have the evidence to put you away. And you know they DO have evidence recorded while they posed as potential customers so who are you kidding??? I guess only yourselves! Lots of luck you will need it and wonder how you will pay back that 2.6 million you stole I am sure you spent it all so the poor people you scammed have been screwed and their lives ruined!

Get the details on their arrests and indictments for mail fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering. Trial is set for 11/26/12 in Camden Federal Court; the federal government is proscuting them. Changed their name to VO Financial; same scams, same people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

VO Group changesnameto VO Financial
Adam Lacerda changed the name of his company from VO Group to VO Financial, literally two days after he was indicted for fraud (among other things) by the FBI. Now he claims that VO Financial is entirely different than VO Group. Even though they have the same owners, same employees, same address, phone number, etc....
