avoid these scammers!!!!!
I was APX's client for four years. After these four years I found out that our fire/smoke alarm isn't even connected to the system. They said I'll have to pay if I want it fixed!!!! Really???

fraudulent company
Vivint must be avoided. I had an error message on my system and called them. They put me on hold for half an hour! Received no help, called back later on, went through the same, got no help again. I tried to cancel my service but they said I will still have to pay. Beware!

useless security
Absolutely useless security, avoid this company otherwise you will pay money for nothing!
I used their services and my house was robbed. No warranty or a refund, this company haven't done their job.

unauthorized charges
This company is fraudulent! They overcharged me for their services and later I found several unauthorized charges on their name at my bank statement. They never refund me money which they overcharged, what a scam!

useless services
This company didn't provide the services I paid for as they promised. Also they refused me in a refund, this company is completely useless! My house was robbed and their security services didn't help at all! Stay away from these crooks!

Poor customer service! We had problems with our contract and it took us more than one week to contact them! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

FRAUD!!!
This company is fraudulent! It is door-to-door sales company which sell security programs. I purchased one but I never received and nobody came to install it, they just took my money and that's it! Beware of this company and avoid any deals with them!

No help from them
This company did not help me deal with the problem I had with our fire alarm that kept ringing all the time for no reason. They have came to check it, and said it is a very sensitive alarm, but that was it. No other help from them!

avoid at all costs!
This company is not friendly to their customers! They have problems with their services and they never provide a support and can't even answer on questions which I asked them. Poor service, low quality, unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Kept charging me although I wanetd to cancel
I was unsuccessful in calling these guys to cancel my account. They won’t respond to me, and I am sick that they keep charging me each month the same $200.00! Today I closed my account, and now will have to get a lawyer to return my money!

overcharge, poor service
This company does fraudulent business practices! They came to my house and offered me their services but forgot to mansion several important thing for example like that I had to cancel my account one month before my contact is and and later they overcharged me a lot for such mistakes.

useless company, poor service
This company is unreliable and their services are not good. They sold me alarm which didn't work properly and it ignored burglars in my house. When it was robbed and I contacted Vivint they refused me in any help saying that it is not their problem! Beware and stay away from these crooks!

Alarm Keeps Going Off
I had a Vivint security system installed in my house on 12/22/12. For the last week the alarm went off three times for no apparent reason. First time it wasn't even armed and the other two times it was...and was in the middle of the night. Called Vivint each time and nothing ever registers on their panel to explain it. I have been trying to get their technician out here but the earliest appointment they could give me is 2 weeks! After the last event, they suggested the problem is with my smoke alarms and not their alarm system since they are not connected. Salesman told me they would be connected unlike my ADT system that I had before. I had ADT for 8 years in this house before the Vivint system was installed and never had this happen before. I even changed the batteries in my smoke alarms even though it was not giving me the signal to do so. I dread the day I opened my front door when their salesman was canvassing my subdivision! I have tried to cancel the contract due to their poor service and that has produced nothing. Don't use this company!

lack of communication
I had an accident with this company. I used their services for a while and all payments were automatically taken from my bank account. Suddenly I found that they stopped to take payments and I gave them a notice which they ignored. Then I started to receive bills where they tried to overcharge me for delays with payments. I took me more than two months to sort everything out. This is ridiculous!

just another scam
This company does fake alarm systems which don't work. hey also don't honor their own warranty if there is any problems so their customers are 100% unsecured. Beware and avoid any business with this scam people!

poor customer service
Vivint is not what it claims to be!
This company offers security services and seems to be reliable, but their reviews are fake and there is more negative than positive about they service. After I made a contract with them they started to charge my account without a reason and ignored me when I complained about that problem. OK.
Than in one year when I claimed for their service I also was ignored. It seems that they don't monitor their service and their customers requests. After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!
