they are liars and scams!!!
This company is a scam! They offer you free services, but free clip download is not included it these free services. It was written on a fine print, I didn't read it and after two month noticed that they billed me for $200 for using their services. Well It was my mistake but I want everyone to be careful before dealing with them!

don't trust their free offers
Beware, you have to cancel as soon as you download the free clips, otherwise you'll be charged $80 per month. I only realized that when I paid for two months. Please don't use their service

This company offered me a free trial to use their website services and then after registration they overcharged me for $50! No refund, no customer support service, beware and be careful!

stay away from their free trial
Stay away from their tempting 7 days free trial. I fell for it and signed for this trial and I couldn't download more than 10 items - the system stated my DAILY limit is reached. Moreover when I went there a day later - the same message appeared despite the fact that it has been 24 hours already. Beware of these guys!

fraudulent seller! I was overcharged but I never received purchased DVD's
Purchased several DVDs from this company and never received them. My account was charged and I tried to contact this seller several times to get my money back or to get purchased DVDs and I never received a response. This seller is a scam, beware and don't buy from him!

Do not sign up
To be able to download their videos from the website, it is necessary to sign up in the first place. So if you’re thinking that you’ll be able to use something for free when they have your cc number – you’re wrong.

READ THE TERMS
What a bunch of crybabies. If you would read and understand their terms before you sign up you mignt possibly save yourself a lot of frustration. I also missed canceling my subscription in time and was charged for a full month. In that month I downloaded a ton of stuff, much more that my money's worth. Under their terms of use what I downloaded is mine to keep and use as I wish, I just can't resell it. Yes, they are pricey and I would not recommend them for the casual user, but if you produce video for a living they are well worth the expense. They constantly send you updates and if you have original footage or gfx they may purchase it from you.
