never received a refund
I bought their product but I wasn't satisfied with that so I send it back and claimed for a refund according to their refund policy. I never get my money! This is a pure scam, beware!

System Didnt work
I bought this product and it worked for one day then broke down. After calling them literally 20 times a day and leaving many voice they called me and said that there is nothing they can do. They admitted to me that it was their system that had failed but said there was nothing they would do. The tech support admitted to me they don't know how to fix any hardware problems and only very basic software problems. One of the sales reps told me that the returns manager Donna screens her calls so she doesn't Have to deal with irate customers. I left Donna many voice mails and emails with no reply. Do not I repeat do not deal with these people. Not worth you time or money.

Has been great
I was a little concerned after reading a couple of reviews here. But spent a good amount of time on the phone with the company before purchasing from their site. The company is under new ownership as of Oct 2013. We are completely satisfied with the one station system we got. Especially for the price. I think the biggest thing for us, was that once we bought it.. it was ours. No ongoing monthly charges.. unless you want a cheap service plan.
After an hour or so of the included training, everyone was up and running. The trainer also helped us enter some of the inventory items. Basically we were up and using the system within a couple hours of receiving it.
Thanks Guys. I know it's hard to remove old bad reviews, but I appreciate you taking that extra time with our business and being conscious of our budget.

As advertised
We ordered a 2 station restaurant system for our Whiskey Bar. Everything went fine. The only complaint that I had was that it arrived 2 days late. But it was a weather problem with UPS, not really the companys fault.
Would buy again.

Worked well
We have a restaurant and retail store together. This was the only software we could find that would work for both. We bought software only, but they still helped us get it working inside of an hour. Best bang for the buck I could find online...

Awesome!!
Awesome!! Up and running in less than an hour. We had our own hardware and purchased the restaurant software. Employees are trained and we are ready to open the doors. Would buy again in a heartbeat...
