Misleading website
Currently airlines follow suit when it comes to absolutely NO customer service anymore. There are no longer polite, kind, and helpful people in customer service. Most of the time, we get routed to a customer service agent in India who cant understand our English and God help us for understanding their English over the phone. Airlines right now are like the banks...they get all the money they can possibly get into THEIR pockets and dont care about the customer at all. Both of them find any way possible to scavenge the next dollar from your pocket w/out providing any sort of service. They ALWAYS find ways to gain more money and provide LESS to the consumer. Such is the American way today...haven't you heard? ...U.S. Airways is one of the worst and especially once they merged with America West or should I say America Worst? As a former corporate travel agent...that's what we always called them for their lack of customer service in EVERY possible way. They were also always the RUDE fligh, gate, and tickett attendants. I feel your pain...Grrrrrr! But this is unfortunately the "American" way today! This disgusts me...daily,
