poor service, misrepresentation
Be careful! This company misrepresent themselves and writes fake reviews about their services by themselves! Yo might be very disappointed about their services as I was. They never provided me everything as they promised and they worked quite unprofessional. Beware and stay away!

Bogus Company
Hi All,
I'm writing this review as I a victim of United Car Exchange. It is a bogus company who make absolutely false claims at the time of offering their packages. They will claim that your car worth much more than what you have posted for on free websites.
Because of them it took me so long to sell my car as I was asking very high price compared to market. And not only that I didn't even get one single call/email through their posting. NOT EVEN ONE... All my calls were from free websites that I chose at the first place.
I strongly recommend everybody not to do business with them. They are completely fraudulent company.
Stay Away!

Fraudulent Promises, refund issues
Company called my home and offered service of advertising my car on their website for sale. $200 for 3 months of advertising. They promised to advertise my car on 15 other websites as well and provide me links to those sites. If my car did not sell, I would be refunded my money. They also had me list my car at a 20% higher asking price which, judging by other complaints I have seen on them, is a common practice.
Half of the sites they listed for me did not work, most of the sites listed were ones I have never heard of. Because of this, I never received one phone call or email about my car. I called them a few times about the sites not working and how the advertising was not working. I was told they would list the car on different sites instead, nothing was ever changed.
They extended my 3 months to 5 months without notifying me so I had to wait an additional 2 months to request my refund.
They deducted $100 for an administrative fee from my refund that I was never told about when I signed up for the service over the phone so I only received half my money back. When I signed up, I was told I would receive a full refund if my car did not sell. I provided everything they asked for to prove that my car did not sell and only received $99.99 back from them.
Don't do business with them, they surf Craigslist looking for people to sell their garbage service to!

United Car Exchange Scam
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! RIPOFF!!!
I got a phone call from a man named Steve Alfanso from United Car Exchange. He said he had seen my car on craigslist and guaranteed that he could sell it for my asking price because he had buyers already ready to buy it. He told me it would be $200 to put the car up on multiple sites but there was a 90 day money back guarantee. After the 90 days, if the car did not sell, I would get a full refund. I repeatedly asked if I would get the full $200 back because it did sound fishy but he kept assuring me that it would be sold by then and that if not, I would get my FULL REFUND BACK. I NEVER GOT 1 PHONE CALL FOR THE TRUCK. They basically stuck my truck on 5 or 6 sites I never heard of and just left it there for 3 months. I got multiple texts from scammers trying to screw me through paypal instead. When I called to get my money back, they told me that if you don't send the form back within 2 weeks after the 90 days, (which I already passed) I would get no refund which was never discussed at all when I had the initial phone call. During the initial call I was told, no matter what after 90 days, I would have my money back. They then told me that the refund policy was online in 4 areas but I explained that I never went online and that someone did this over the phone. She then said that I had been on the site (which I did to put pictures of my truck up) and that because I was online, I should have read the terms. I did not go online to read the terms, I went on to post pictures up like they had asked me to do. The terms were explained to me over the phone but it turned out to be a bunch of lies. Watch yourself, don't let them fool you. I will let anyone and everyone know NEVER GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. I suggest if you are reading this to let everyone know to STAY AWAY!

Unbelievable Service
Hiiiii Dude....
This is Frank
Don't believe any complaints on united car exchange. Because the rivals of united exchange company don't want to see the company to be first car selling website in America. As i sold 5 cars through this company within two weeks. As I didn't sold My Honda Civic car in 15 days they had given my full refund on my payment. So its the best company i had ever seen. Just signup with it u can get good sale of your vehicle.

WE LISTED OUR CLASSIC CAR FOR SALE ON THIS SITE AND RECEIVED ALL KINDS OF PROMISES TO SELL IT AND NOT 1 CALL TO US IN 3 MONTHS . I THEN CALLED & CALLED AND COULD NOT GET ANY ONE TO CALL ME BACK SO I LEFT A FALSE NAME AND SAID I WANTED TO LIST A CAR AND BEHOLD SOMEONE CALLED ME. WELL I FILLED OUT ALL THE PAPER WORK FOR A REFUND BACK TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE 199.00 AND GUESS WHAT NO REFUND IN 30 DAYS LIKE THEY PROMISED AND NO RETURN PHONE CALLS THIS IS A RIP OFF I WILL NOT LET THEM GO UNPUNISHED I WILL GO AFTER THEM IN FULL FORCE AND THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE IF I DON'T GET ANY RESONSE IN THE NEXT 30 DAYS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, NO MONEY BACK TOTAL HOAX
TOTAL HOAX
THESE GUYS ARE A TOTAL FRAUD and I suspect all the positive reviews are written by them. THEY WILL NOT SELL YOUR CAR. they take your ad and list it in "many premium sites" (this is what I was told over the phone.) The truth is they list it in 20 or 30 sites that no one ever heard of or shopped for cars on. These are all free sites that they probably set up for the purpose of carrying out the hoax. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY! the guy that sold me my listing told me "if your car doesn't sell in 90 days, we will refund your money minus like a $20 administrative fee." sounds fair enough. but it is a total lie. they will not refund your money if you are a private seller, if you have more than one vehicle listed with them, or if you fail to meet their many other exclusions. Bottom line is basically nobody qualifies. but just in case you do qualify for a refund, they will refund you $100 less than what you paid as an administrative fee. Their return policy does not state all these exclusions, it merely says "Additional Terms of Sale apply. " These terms in their entirety probably limit everyone from receiving a refund. Also it will cost you a few bucks to get a notarized copy of the title which is required to get your refund. You also will have very hard time reaching anyone to talk to. I tried 25 times in 2 days and never once did they answer. I left a message that they were supposed to contact me, but they never have. BOTTOM LINE: YOUR CAR WILL NOT SELL, YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND THEY WILL END UP WITH $200 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

NO COMPLAINTS
My names Ashley. I'm extremely happy with the service united car exchange provided. I'm not gonna lie after seeing the negative reviews online I was extremely hesitant, However after talking to a senior executive employee and going over everything I realized the reviews were misinformed because of not asking questions. She then went on explaining if you sold only vanilla ice cream and service 1000 people in a day, how many would complain that your vanilla was not genuine vanilla? Which made sense to me. Also some of these reviews I asked her about one by one they as a service DONT TAKE YOUR CALLS, YOU ARE! THEY OFFER A REFUND ON YOUR PROFILING FEE WHICH IS $100 SO JUST ASK QUESTIONS! thank you for your time. Just for the record I sold 2012 INFINITY.
