REINSTATEMENT OF UBL RETRENCHED OFFICERS

Respected Sir,
My name is Mirza Qasim Baig .I try my self to make my business very wel with ubl bank.I choose a bussiness with ubl bank with name of ubl Omni dukaan last yr in 2011.My shop name Baig Super Store which situated at gujrat .I have a very big problem with this business.I have last big amount with this business.I complaint my self to zonal manager but he said can, t do salve this problem.we could not pay this amount.he know about the problem.he state way said we could not pay this amount and its ur fault.you do not pay its time.I ask about this problem other banks .they convince me and said u can get ur lass from the bank.plz salve my problem and i get back my bussiness in ubl omni.I am very thank ful to urs.if u contact me my email add mirzabaig922@hotmail.com.i am waiting ur reply.

one month passed no issuance of check book and atm card

on 19-12-2012 i submitted an account opening form in UBL shahpur jehania, distt benazirabad taluka daulatpur br code 0609
2- After 10 days i was issued the Account no: 204089553
3- That since 19-12-2012, till 15-1-2013 i have contacted with the branch manager for issuance of my check book and ATM card, but he is not giving me satisfactory answer,however he is deliberately delaying the matter on one or the other pretext.
3- in this fatest banking system, ihave not been provided with the check book and Atm card and one month has passed
4- the above branch is working very slowly in this fatest banking sector, hower the branches of HBLandAL-HABIB are working efficiently
I complain against the manager namely NAZIR AHMED UMRANI CELL NO: 03023227750of the above branch for his careless behaviour and not issuing me the check book and the atm card till to date .
action may be taken as early as possible

cheque book and ATM card

Hi
i applied for UBL saving account here in UAE exchange al quoz mall branch my account is ready from bank side but i am asking for my cheque book and atm card from past couple of weeks but the staff of uae exchange is making excuses and the way of their service with customer is very unprofessionl and irresponsible many times i ask help from my bank but they also did nothing and just wasted my time and money. now finaly i want to say to all AVOID AVOID....

Very Poor Service

I have encountered very poor service at the hands of UBL.

1- I have a shared bank account with my mum, she went into ubl branch and was told that they have issued us a ATM card, yet its been 3 months still no card, issued. Tried jumping on netbanking to apply for a ATM card, the application deliberately gets cancelled every week

2- Tried getting mobile number changed so I can get a OTP code back in may, still old number shows on my netbanking not allowing me to proceed with making transactions out of my bank. Cant apply for mobile banking app either because mobile number is incorrect.

3- Was told that daily limit for transactions can be raised to 50lack+ however, in netbanking when trying to increase the limit, it only allows the default 10lack, nothing more. Not very good if ure running a business and need to invest money fast

4- Added a payee back in april and payed 600 rupees to test out the netbanking system to transfer money to others when I still had access to my old mobile number, now if I try to pay the same payee with the same bank account number and same details without changing a thing, it says the bank account details are invalid. Which is complete and utter negligence on the part of UBL, same payee, same details and how could the bank details be wrong this time???

5- I will never recommend UBL to anyone, such a crap and slow service. Netbanking is pathetic.

6- Live chat is useless, cant help with registering or anything, was told to call and get help. When I called the call centre, they had no clue on how to sign up for netbanking or increase my limit, asked me to visit my local branch. Visited local branch, the bank manager is highly incompetent. couldn't help with signing up or changing mobile number, on the contrary they told me that my account was frozen because I didn't make any transaction out of the account in 6 months. They needed both parties finger prints again. My mum's finger prints were rejected, she is an old lady ofcourse there may be discrepancies. UBL is useless to the point they can see a living human being walk into the branch with their CNIC and everything and they still need finger prints to activate the account.

7- There are so many things that are wrong with UBL its hard to put it into this one review. Utter useless bank, will not recommend to anyone. Poor service, Poor call centre, Poor Processes, Poor online infrastructure and Poor workflows. Not at all impressed!

Late Posting of Salary by UBL G-8 Markaz Branch, Islamabad

Normally G-8 Markaz, Islamabad post salary very late. Today on around 2:00 PM I checked ATM salary was not posted while other branches had posted. Other banks accounts holder received the same day to two before. This attitude is spoiling the bank reputation badly.

SUBJECT: COMPLAINT AGAINST UBL BRANCH MANAGER'S UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND ATM CLOSING

It is hereby submitted that the Branch Manager of UBL Takht Bhai (Branch Code: 1188) is a very unprofessional person with unethical behaviour. He keeps the ATM closed mostly all the time after bank hours and especially on weekends.
Today on 4th August 2018, I visited the ATM about 11:00 am and it was closed. I requested the security guard to open it but he denied and said that Branch Manager doesn’t allow us to open it.
Meanwhile, many customers came here. After a long discussion, when we called the police, the guard opened the ATM door and the machine was working properly. Along with many other customers, I myself made a transaction of Rs. 20,000/- (The receipt is attached herewith). But after a few minutes, he again closed the door of ATM.
Dear Sir, Most of UBL ATMs in Mardan district are closed on weekends. I visited this branch many times and submitted my complaint to the Branch Manager, but his behaviour is very unprofessional and unethical.
You are therefore requested to ask the UBL manager to keep the ATM open 24/7.

Complaint against poor service

Ubl official's behaviour

Yesterday i have to go to ubl sosan road faisalabad branch to submit my electricity bill. A female official i think her name is kiren is sitting there and she continuesly talking funs and jockes with her collegues and doing nothing. After 20 minutes i only said her nicely please mam do some work . She replied i am doing my work,now you tell me how to work. I replied you are not working i am waiting since 20 minutes you are doing only gupshup with your colleagues only. She replied sit there a d wait till i called you.
What is this? Is this the services provided by the ubl?
I suggests take strictly notice of said matter to make your bank good

Minor account and its confusing details and blunders of UBL Staff and call centre

Dear Sir
I opened a minor account of my daughter (Syed Tehreem Hussain) with me (Sheher Bano) at UBL I I Chndrigar Road Branch (code: 1234) last month. I listed all details in the account form and submitted it at I I Chundrigar Road branch. When nothing happened for a few days I contacted branch and I was told that I will have to submit an indemnity bond as guardian. I submitted the same. I was not told earlier about it.Then again I didnt receive anything. On contact I was told that my letter returned. When I checked the detail of my address with bank staff, I was told that the wrong address was entered by the data entry operator of teh bank (no area was mentioned despite the fact that I wrote full address in the form at multiple places) that is why the letter was returned. Then the bank staff sent the query to correct my address to the concerned department. Finally I was given a cheque book and an ATM card. I deposited a cheque of my daughter in her account. Now I called up at the call centre where a person activated my card. I asked him to generate pin he said I will have to go to ATM machine, where my PIN will be confirmed. I went there and ATM machine gave message "General Processing error". I again contacted branch, they said, I will have to contact call centre. I contacted them and they said the card is active. There is no error. I contacted branch, they told that I will have to wait as there is another card coming. Then I received another ATM card, I was told that if I want use only one card then I have the option to permanently block the other card (Though I was charged for issuing this card). I did the same thing, and just to check again I asked the call centre person to see activation of my previous card. Mr Amjad said your card is activated. I also received a sms. I gain tried it at ATM, where I again received "general Processing error". I contacted branch staff where Mr Vaqas Khalil called the UBL call centre on hotline, and tried to tell the call centre staff about my issue. The person took detail, and then said since its joint account so they need my daughter's detail for which I will have to call again. On another call after giving detail, the agent said he cannot generate PIN of two numbers at one line so I will have to call again. Mr Vaqas from branch again called up and I gave the detail of my detail, but again this man said that I will have to call again to give my daughter's detail as the other card has to be activated. We called again, and now a lady Durr i Shahwar came on line and now I gave the detail of my daughter, on which she said that this is wrong and I will have to give my detail. I told her that previous agent had said that on one line only one PIN can be given so I will have to give detail of my daughter. She said I was told wrongly. I will have to give my detail. I again gave my detail. Thus after fourth or fifth attempt a PIN was generated. Now I tested my card, and received a detail that surprisingly there is no money in the bank, through I had deposited Rs 25000 cheque. I again contacted branch where I was told that the cheque book is issued on my account number and card is activated on daughter's name.Now I either transfer money (I did the same) from my account to my daughter's account (as my own card is blocked) and then she will take it out from her ATM, but she cannot use cheque book as it is in my account's name. Now I can only use Cheque book and cannot use ATM, as it was blocked permanently. So now the situation is that my daughter cannot use cheque book and I cannot use ATM. This is a minor account, I dont know how the bank has created this confusion. Had Mr Vaqas Khalil, the operation Manager of I I Chundrigar Rd not present, I would not have been able to access my account. See the inefficiency of data entry staff, due to whom the process delayed, see the inefficiency and unawreness of call centre staff due to whom I had to spend so much money on calls to get PIN and see the overall slow operation of the bank. I would like the responsible management to take strict action against all these people, and also make banking process easy for people. If an educated person can be hoodwinked and cheated like thsi what to talk about the uneducated unaware people. Why two account numbers for a minor account. It was not done earlier. Why one cjheque book and two ATMs, just to take money from customers, why not one ATM and one cheque book and one account. And why this minor account cannot be transferred to a full fledged account after the minor turns 18, why a minor needs to open a new account (I was told so)...that means new money minting activity by the bank. This is so absurd. Will you please take a note. Best Regards

Complaints for unprofessional behaviour of branch cashier

Bhalwal branch liqat shad road branch code 0321 , cashier of this branch unprofessional behaviour with customers ladies or man , we have distribution of hillal foods. We work with this bank since 9 year there is no complaints any where but at this time the branch cashier has unprofessional behaviour with customers. Therefore kindly solve our problems. It's highly loss of your bank.the cashier of this branch highly prouded on his post he says to customers you are not a prime ministers son. Plz sir make a right decision it's repo of your bank.

Complaint against account details

I just want to know why everyone can get information regarding your account is this legal way???? You just have the only account number of that person you never know and you just want account details and you need a solid link in UBL you just go and check his account details why???? Today this happened in UBL hujra branch Branch code 1755 hujra shah Muqeem person name (Younas) and 2nd thing the behavior of OM or cashier is not good Please sir make a right decision please stop this.
