Fake website

I ordered a pair of boots last month and after I ordered them I checked reviews just in case. I came across all these comments and immediately emailed the customer services asking for a refund. 2 weeks later I received a letter from the UK Border Agency stating they have checked my parcel and they are counterfeit UGG Boots and that they have destroyed them. I again emailed UGGEDEN as I never received a conformation of order email or conformation of dispatch email, telling them that my boots have been confiscated and asking for a refund which they still haven't replied 12 days later. They also took £8.12 more than more order value out of my bank. I am now trying and hoping to get my money back through my bank. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING PEOPLE
