waste of money!
Purchased some gold for my character in their game. I did it twice, for the first time everything was ok but second time I received nothing. Claimed for a refund and never received a reply. This company lies to people, beware and be careful!

Unfair treatment
Hi,
I would like to lodge a complain against Travian Malaysia server. I feel that I have been treated unfairly by the Multihunter. I have been accused of multi accounting which I don't do. Hence, my account has been banned for more than 24 hours for something I didn't commit.
I have explained the situation to Multihunter that I am accessing my mates account through sittter function. This approach is legal as set out by the game rules.
Can you please investigate the incident?

Mate,I already told you everything I know. I used sitter mode.. is that against the rules?? I don't care about other accounts.. it's not mine.
If you continue banned me, I will escalate further seeking justice. I spent good money on this bloody game.. it is unfair I get banned for something I did not do.
If I am not allowed to participate on this game, I will accept... but I want my refund!

How do you explain about log in/out and the same playing time between those 3 account? We have seen a perfect line between those 3 account and it surely justify that only 1 person entering all the account. Please be honest and we'll reduce and release your account a.s.a.p.
