This is the truth you can make 150k a year if you know what you doing like eating off your truck not in the damn truckstop every night. I average about 4000 miles aweek and I'm a o/o and I train student and I can sent my wife at least 1500 dollars a week home so transam is a great company to work for and I've worked with many other lead trucking company and transam is the best one. So people stop your damn complain!!!

hey ask kenneth criag6812 how hes averageing 4000 miles a week its true but he left out a little thing like how he runs as a team and gets his students miles while his student gets 50.00 dollars a day . i know been ther done it

If you had work for Trans Am and had Negative checks and your W2 says you pocket money contact me lets take this company down. Is about time the truth comes out about this no good trucking company.

You know the real problem with this company is the lack of communication. They have a very CLOSED door policy. Everyone in the offices works behind closed and locked doors. Why would you not be able to talk to the people you work for if you have questions? The good thing is that my husband has left and moved to a local company that actually gives a crap about their drivers. He is very happy now and making plenty of money. I can say that if you are willing to sacrifice for a few years you could probably make some money but if you have a family and need to be home once a month or less you will not make it. We watched our fuel and did not eat out but still struggled to get by for the year he drove for them. The problem now is that he was supposed to be sent a check on Feb. 16 which was confirmed by the lease department when he called. We then found out that they sent it to the wrong address even though he filled out paperwork to have it mailed to the new address. Instead of cutting a new check right then and sending it they made us wait 2 weeks to make sure it did not show up. He called back because it was still not here. They said they would mail it out on March 1st. It is now March 7th and no check again. He called back and was told that they mailed it to the incorrect address and that the person who received it called them on the 6th and told them they would mail it back. So instead of cutting another check and mailing it out or sending Fedex they told him they would have to wait until they received the check back then they would mail it out. Keep in mind we are talking about $2000. They held his last 2 checks so he has not received any pay from them for over a month now. You tell me does this sound like a company who cares about drivers?
