Allan Lovinger and his boss Bradford Roberts will rip you off.
Allan does not do his periodic property checks as is stated in the lease because he is either too busy or too lazy.
Our property needed full rehab after we got it back, they held us to contract for two months not letting us get AWAY from them, Bradford is a weirdo tyrant.
TR REALTY one word HORRIBLE.
Google them and look at images.
Any good reviews about them are obvious fakes written by Allan or Bradford.
Have a nice life and keep clear of TR REALTY.
