I have had the confirmation today from total that all this recruitment story is simply a film managed from nigeria with english part of this mafia. the only recruitment process of total is on their site so forget linkedin for all big companies. be careful because they will never be arrested probably because the process is complex.
toal number for all verification is: 0825840922 but it's reachable only from france so from abroad use the official mail in recruitment corner.

Today I received the same email. The email was quite professional, asking me for an interview in London . A couple of days age there was and advertisement for a project manager on LinkedIn. I sent my application for the position advertised. Hopefully I checked on the web and find out that the whole email was FAKE. I sent already an email to the true HR department of TOTAL oil, I wait for their respond.

I've got the same invitation which was rather suspicious cause they asked for money from the very beginning.
Whatever these guys are they are persistent and traditional - they have been proposing the same salary "Between £80,000.00GBP–£180,000.00GBP" and asked for the same travelling expenses "£ 999.87 GBP ($1,750.55 USD)" for three years. Maybe it's something Freudian, you know, from the childhood or maybe just the lack of imagination. I'd say it's time to raise the salary and expenses.
Anyway let's wish them happy long years in prison.

Scam job offerings in Ukraine :)
Hi There,
It's September 30th '15 today and the same is finally in Ukraine :)
Two days ago I got same email after applying my CV on LinkedIn, vacant position was offered by Total UK, and after about a week or so I was invited to a face-to-face interview in London. After reading your experience and stories which I was intentionally searching through the web, realized that my speculations are justified and these guys are a simple fraud dealers as all the invitation details were matched with yours.
The email came in from <[email protected]> email address and written with Frank Jennifer. The attachments were signed by Dr. Philippe WEBB (Head of Recruitment, Total Oil).
So just a short notice here to share with you and I'm absolutely can't understand how that still works in 21st century, digital age!!!
