poor service
I will never recommend this watch repair to anyone! I just wasted my money on their services - send them broken rolex watches, paid for the repair but when i received watches back I found that problem was never fixed. I tried to contact them but they said that they have no idea what I am talking about and refused in money back. Beware and better don't use their services!

Bought As Gift
They were fast, communicated well as the status of my order. The item I ordered arrived on or soon than time allotted. As the product is a gift I haven't tested it or seen it in use yet. But it works and looks amazing.
