Very knowledgeable

After almost a year waiting for another authorized dealer to fix my oven/range under warranty, I put one call in to Tiger Mechanical and had the owner out the very next day. Tiger Mechanical was very knowledgeable about my range and within minutes was able to give an accurate diagnosis of the problem. While he was there, I had him check out my Bosch dishwasher since it has not been cleaning my dishes well since I moved in a year ago. Turns out it was never installed or programmed correctly. Within two weeks, I know have a fabulous working oven/range and dishwasher. I feel like I have brand new appliances. Tiger Mechanical is incredibly professional and thorough. He went above and beyond to ensure my appliances were operating as they should be. Office staff is very friendly and responsive as well. Thrilled with the service and highly recommend.

Very satisfied with Tiger Mechanical service

I use Tiger Mechanical for the first time and was very satisfied with their service. The rep. they sent out was very knowledgeable and on the issues I called them for and also helped me understand some issues on appliances he saw we had. Most importantly, he arrived on time and I wouldn't hesitate to call the again for their services.

May be a little expensive, but will save you money in the long-run

I had an issues with my built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator. It was making a soft high pitched whistle sound. Tiger Mechanical came in and immediately said he knew what the problem was. I also had a little Kitchen Aid refrigerator from my casita that had stopped cooling. I had been told by another company that it was the compressor and they wanted a crazy amount of money to fix it. Tiger Mechanical mechanic and the other serviceman looked at it while they were here and said, "your compressor is just fine, it is the motor" which was much less expensive to fix. The little refrigerator has been fixed and we are awaiting the delivery of the repaired board for the built-in before that can be fixed. I am very pleased with Tiger Mechanical thus far. They may be a little more expensive, but their knowledge and experience will likely save you money in the long-run. I would have hated to replace the compressor on the little refrigerator, only to find out after the fact that it was the fan.

Excellent job

Excellent service. Tiger Mechanical did an excellent job following up on the appointments and keeping me apprised of it's arrival. Once Tiger Mechanical arrived the work was done at a reasonable price and done right the first time.

Highly recommend

Best service ever! I highly recommend Tiger Mechanical! Technician was both professional and polite.The price was right and the quality of the work was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. I didn't have to worry about being overcharged or being told something needed to be fixed when it didn't. He went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he fix my washing machine, but he saw that my back door was off the hinges and fixed it for me. If you want honest and quality work you should call Tiger Mechanical!

Extremely honest

I was blown away by this company! The service technician & owner, Tom repaired my Maytag washing machine. When he initially came for the service call, he thought that the drive motor may need replacing but when he came to do the repair a few days later, he discovered that there was actually a nickel lodged in the drain pipe that was preventing my machine from draining. Let me just say that it is my belief that another less reputable company may have replaced this part when it wasn't needed and charged me for a needless repair. Tom called me over to the machine and showed me the nickel and stated, "Here is your problem". Again, I was blown away by his honesty! In addition, my washing machine & dryer are in a closet so before Tom was scheduled to come for the repair, I was going to have a relative remove the door and the door jam. I wasn't able to have this done before he came, so he offered to do this for me at NO CHARGE!! It is also important that I state what terrific service I had from the very first phone call when I spoke with his wife, Barbara. She was amazing and her caring nature comes through over the phone. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any repairs! You will not be sorry and in fact, will be very happy that you did. They are extremely honest!!

Poor customer service

Very disappointed with the way we were treated. Our stove and microwave broke and we had Tiger mechanical came out to work on both (scheduled through Bertazzoni warranty). The technician they sent out didn't seem to know much about the brand we have and had to reschedule several times for parts. Once he came back to fix our microwave, he put two dings on our brand new cabinet above the microwave. I confronted him about it right after I heard a loud hit from him putting microwave back in its place, and he blantantly told me he didn't do it. When I called Tiger Mech. to complain, they told me he didn't do it and how could it possibly happen when it's not near the microwave. After I told them that I can't believe he lie to my face when I was right there during the whole thing, they said for me to send in photos so their manager can look at it. I took photos and sent to them but there were no response from them or any customer service call to apologize or to offer to fix or pay for the damage. Even after all that, my microwave stopped working again few days later. They have terrible service and terrible customer service as well.
