Horrible coustomer service
Its true!!! I had the same terrible experience. I ordered the dress that looked like Jovanni 7757 but when it came the sequince was falling off and the sequince did not cover my private areas. They asked to send a picture, which I did, and then they refused to respond after that. I sent them about 5 follow up emails and I still have not recieved a response. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM, WHO EVER YOU ARE, DON'T DO IT, YOU'LL REGRET IT. If you want to see pictures, I will send it to you.

I have asked several times for refund on extra shipping cost and i never got the jacket for a dress i bought im still waiting very very shockingly upset and will not buy anything and NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS WEB SITE disgusting

Going through the same just now ordered black dress they sent green differnet dress altogether and are refusing to answer emails so unfair they dont care about customer service

I have ordered my my wedding dress from Peridress website. I am very satisfied with the dress. It looks amazing! Very good fabric and exquisite seaming handwork! I am in love with it! Thanks for Peridress’s dress and their best price! All of you should visit Peridress if you want to order the dress on line.

Jacket was a different color to the dress- I let that go as it wasn't critical to the outfit. The dress was very good though. Then ordered 2 more custom sized dresses. First one would have fit someone 12 inches taller and the other is past the quoted up to 30 days for processing and another 8 for shipping - and still hasn't arrived! HOWEVER my biggest gripe is trying to contact them online as the email times out, replies are iffy and the live chat is dead and fails to connect. I've added my phone number but they don't call so I live in hope! I will be asking for a refund so see how that goes.

I also have ordered a dress (to wear at a family wedding) on the 5 January 2012, it arrived on the 22 February 2012. Colour different, jacket two sizes smaller, 6 stains on the dress, sequins too large and not as per picture, and the sewing and finishing is horrible...it shows that there was a mistake and was changed...the dress definitely cannot be worn!!! I have sent them emails to complain but still no answer from them... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

I to ordered a dress for my wedding which is on the 3/3/12 I was told that the dress would be with me by the 25/2/12 as of today's date this dress is still processing on the system. I have emailed them several times this week and they state the dress will be with me for my wedding. Save your money heartache and stress DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM even if they say the order can be completed I even paid the premium to have it made quicker. I now have to wait till my wedding day to see if the dress arrives before I can complain to ask for my money back. Will I get it very doubtful !!! Bought a dress locally yesterday as I can't go through any more stress and heartache waiting for my dress to arrive. To contact them is terrible the e mail times out bad information received back from them and their live chat is always down and that's if they bother to answer you.. but they will answer you before you place an order.

Wrong Dress Color
I placed an order with this company website on June 28, current year. I paid this order # 263082 through PayPal, and sure enough the money was withdrawn in a matter of seconds. When I received the confirmation of my order I noticed they have changed the color of my original order. I didn't know what to do. On July 8th I have asked them to change it to black, which was the color that I always wanted. Since they didn't response to my first request, I decided to contacted them by the Live Chat live service they offered, some lady name Nicole, at the beginning this lady was eager to help but always claiming that the the tailor person was working on that dress and insisted that was the color I ordered. I told her that I didn't, this went back and forth for a good hour. I was call a lier, to be honest that I have made the mistake. At 2:32 a.m. our eastern local time I received an e-mail from this lady Nicole that they are sorry, but they wont change the order, that they are sending me the Ivory. I don't want it, especially when you get this type of treatment. Here in the States, even if the customer makes a mistake, they try to help and please the customer. I want my money back as soon as possible and I am canceling this order. I will go to the press, or whomever if I have to. If you like to contact me my e-mail address is: [email protected]. I would like to get a feed back from you and what else to expect. I already ask this people to cancel my order and want my money back, by the way I should not get a shipping and handling deducted from the total paid, since it was free. Also in their refund policy they state if the cancelation is made after 72 hours and the item is alredy paid, they will give me a partial refund. They never mentioned how much. This is a nightmare that by reading previous reviews I should follow my instinct and never order from them. Bad bad way to run a business!!!

Wrong lingerie
I ordered a few lingerie and it wasn't even like the picture!!! This site is a disappointment and I don't no why they put up pictures that they can't make!!! I would advise people to never ever shop from them again!!

A DRESS
I GOT A DRESS FROM THEM THAT THE BEADS WHERE FALLING OFF IT WHEN I GOT IT.BEADS HIT THE FLOOR WEN I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX WHEN I GOT IT.I SENT THE DRESS BACK THEY ACHKNOLEDGED THEY GOT IT BACK.NOW BECUASE I DIDNT CONTACT THEM BEFORE I SENT IT BACK THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME.WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER.
