not delivered

On 19.4.2013 i place one order no 387914, i paid expedited shipping 49.51$ for my order to came between 3-8 days. On 13.05.2013 my order has been shipped out and my tracking number was EE929594985CN, with EMS delivery company. From 19.05.2013 my order was despach from sorting center of Shanghai. Today is it 19.06.2013 and i still dont have my order. I sent many e-mail to service company of Tidebuy for return and refund my money back, but they don't said nothing about this. From my post oficce told me to make complain because they don't know where is my order, they don't have any else information. But the Tidebuy company refuse to respond to my e-mail, even that on theme site it it writing that if delivery company, EMS in this case, don't make delivery i have the full right to have my money back.
