they lied and they overcharged

I required a long-term vehicle rent for the winter period. I chose them because of their prices. But at the counter they informed that there's an extra charge for the second driver which made it $440 more expensive for a 40 days period. They informed me that it's a usual thing - all the other car rental services in our state charge the same. It was a lie, nobody does it! Avoid them!
