too good to be true
Do not buy from The Neon Factory - all their prices and offers are too good to be true! I placed an order on their website and I paid straight away but in 5 weeks I received nothing from them. Their customer support service doesn't exist, I found it when I tried to contact them. Beware and better stay away from them!

Allegations Are Untrue
This post is a direct attack on our companies reputation. The allegations are completely untrue. The alleged customer ordered their sign on Jan. 14, 2013. The sign was delivered on Jan. 23, 2013. Both of these facts can be proven. We are and continue to be a reputable supplier of neon signs and LED's. Exceptional Customer Care
I have made a number of purchases for my customers from The Neon Factory and each time the communication, shipping time, and products have been stellar. The products have all arrived in perfect working condition, covered completely in Styrofoam to prevent breakage. I highly suggest purchasing neon signs from The Neon Factory.

never recieved item and they wont return email
I wish I could chose zero stars for this website. I ordered a sign for my boyfriend as a present for our 3 year anniversary almost a month ago. The order apparently is "pending" so I talked to my credit card company who told me they have not even trieda pre auth... I have called and no one will pick up. I have also sent 2 emails about how outraged I am, and have never gotten a response. I should have gone with everymancave.com they emailed me back right away when I had a question. But I decided to give neonfactory a try because they are Canadian. Do not fall for this scam.
