Thieves

This company and everyone connected to them are thieves! Out of fifty calls received thirty where either dropped or you couldn't hear the person on the other end. they charge a connect fee which is why they disconnect your calls so the other party has to call back racking up more connect fees. I had so many calls that once started it said you have one minute left then hangs up on you. Customer service is awful, even tried their video call after 5 seconds the video ended and was still charged the full price. They expect you to go back on all your records and fill out a long form with dates and times, and then they have to go through all the calls and decide what happened and if there should be a refund. This company needs to be shut down and the jails and prisons who contract them be held accountable.
