tracking
I was contacted via email by tb dress. In the email i revived a tracking number for my item along with a website to track the item. Well the website does not exist. So boo easy to tell when the dress i purchased will be here. I ordered it about 20 days ago however; after reading the complaints about the dresses not looking the same as the pictures on the website I'm very nervous for the arrival of my dress. One thing is for sure, i will not buy from tb dress again and i DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

tb hasnt shipped my dress
Can anyone tell me how long it took before they finally shipped there dress? and received it? or did anyone have an experience where they never got the dress? Mine has been in processing status for over a month I have emailed them and all they reply is its under production and i will receive it soon. I need it within 3 weeks and I am scared it wont even be here in time, not to mention all the horrible reviews about the dress themselves being the wrong size or damaged. I wish i would of looked at reviews before I ordered it, but too late now Im out $200 and no dress yet

TBDRESS: THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE WRONG DRESS THEY SENT!!!!!
I ordered one dress from TBDRESS and they sent me a DIFFERENT dress. I noticed that the dress I had ordered was no longer available on their site ,so obviously they sent me another instead of cancelling my order. THEY FORCED ME TO KEEP THE WRONG DRESS THEY SENT and pay for an item I did not order. Their refund policy and customer service are terrible. I had to pay for their mistake and this is FRAUD to say the least. I will never buy anything else from them and I would definately advise everybody else likewise.

wrong size and not able to contact
Ordered two dresses in different sizes US4&8. Received a 4 and a week later received another 4 not the US8. I hsave been tryingfor weeks to resolve it. No answer to emails that I send constantly. Tried 'live chat' and they keep disconnecting me so I cant even get my issue voiced. im so frustrated. These are for my wedding and they are no good. I now need to source elswhere

I purchased a dress for 80.00 and had to pay 30.00 for shipping. When it arrived it was the wrong color. I immediately returned it the next day paying 30.00 to have it shipped back. I recd an email from them stating they received the dress but will not refund me because they did not approve a return and in order for me to get the dress back I have to pay 15.00 for them to send it back to me. There is no telephone number to contact them. There is only an email address. This is a rip off company. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased anything from them. I never even took the dress out of the package. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!!

POOR DRESS QUALITY
I ordered 3 dresses from TB Dress. With shipping the total came to $263.00. It took about 6 weeks for the dresses to arrive, and all came in 3 different packages. The first dress was delivered one week prior to the other 2 dresses being delivered. None of the dresses fit and 1 of the 3 dresses has a zipper that is slanted to the right. Completely off centered. Also, the dresses don't look like the picture at all.
After sending 4 emails I finally got a response from TB Dress basically saying, tough your stuck with the dresses and have a good day. That's completely unacceptable to me.
I think their website should be prohibited from existing. Does anyone have a viable address for TB Dress?

Last week I ordered one evening prom dress from tb. The color and quality of material was so good . But the skirt length is beyond my knee .After my request they made some alteration and they have shipped with two days of time. Wow it looks pretty for me. I ordered this dress in orange red color, but I love it. It was designed with crystal beadings made me believe like a princess, the crystals act like a jewel. The material fits and feels wonderful on my skin. As usual the shipping was quick and my prom dress looks gorgeous. Tb helped me to shop easily. Sure I will suggest tb site to all my friends.

I ordered a beautiful skin pink evening dress with a black cover on the strip of the dress from tb and when I received the dress it was dark pink with a black cover on the strip. I just mailed them explaining about the color issue as they shipped me with another color. Tb customer care replied me immediately and requested to send the pictures of the dress I received. Then they shipped the color which I have ordered . Am very happy with expected color. They even replied me to excuse them. I am very glad with their customer service.

I purchased a pair of party shoe for my prom dress exactly two months ago from tb dress. When I purchased, the seal of the pack was slightly opened. I was quite disappointed with their service and mailed them regarding the issue happened. They apologized and requested me to send it back. I returned them immediately and got back the same shoe with fully sealed. This time they shipped my shoe with some discounts. I just smiled with their service. Now I feel happy about the discounts. Really I want to order one more shoe for their service which pleased me a lot.

Very recently I ordered a one side shoulder clutch bag from tb site and I gifted to my girl friend. She was very happy with the bag color. The only problem with the bag although is the fact it's not the easiest to unlock and lock, especially during hurry time. I have sent her bag back to them and even I mailed them about the issue. They apologized me and shipped me another bag. But this time I received a wallet along with this bag. The wallet was simply superb and the bag was quite better than the first. The quality of the bag is long-lasting. The price of the bag doesn’t cost much. She was very happy with that bag.

I ordered one bracelet from tb site. It was a gift for my mom. The bracelet was good in silver color. But this order made me disappointed as one small stone was missing. Immediately I called tb customer care department and registered my complaint. But they handled my call patiently and asked me to send back the damaged one. Within two days of the time they shipped the other bracelet without any damage. But it looks prettier than the first, also the bracelet fits excellent. Service was good that dint hurt me. Now I have planned to order a stud. My mom feels happy with it.

They cheated me!
Ordered denim jeans jacket which looked very beautiful in the picture but when I received it was fucking bad. It's like they made out of old grandpaa's pant and made it. Was super big, very poor quality,threats hanging everywhere, no where to see denim tag even though they fully said that it's denim jeans hood jacket. I regret buying from this TBdress :(.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING
I ordered several items; 2 of them looked nothing like the picture or the description at all; very very cheaply made, 3 of the shirts I wore once and when washed them they were literally falling apart at the seams; I ordered a maxi dress, in the picture it goes all the way down to the floor, when I got the item it barely went to my knee's and half the seams were not even sewn together. It took over 3 weeks to get my items and 1 of them still has not come in. They should not be allowed to do business in the United States ever!!!!

Never do business with them
I ordered a dress, it does not got. They want me to measure it, send videos, etc. They will not authorize return until I do all of this to verify if the measurements are correct, who cares, it does not fit. They guarantee complete satisfaction. They are crooks, do not order anything from China ever!,

I wish that i Saw this complains before shop at Tbdress.not recomended online shopping .they selling rubbish.you spend almost/more H&M prices with rubbish quality.i bought 4 pices with almost MYR 300 for material of shit.my table cover are far better than all the 4 items.waste of money!!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE
I received my order in 2 months' time to find each item too small. I notified TB DRESS immediately and was told to send them 'persuasive pictures' and they would determine if a return / refund was valid. They determined that my refund would be 14% of the total order; this would not even pay for the shipping costs back to China. I have never had problems with any other women's clothing company accepting returns on merchandise that: 1. didn't fit 2. was not as expected 3.simply didn't suit after try-on. TB DRESS is the exception that places a black eye on on-line shopping. It is my strong hope that PayPal will be able to eradicate this and similar businesses from participating in unethical business practices.

WARNING !!!!!! RIP OFF! STAY AWAY!!!
Bought two dresses for my daughters dances. They arrived not at all like the pictures and the sizes were WAY off. When we tried to contact them for return they were very hostile and ended the chat session. I finally had to get my credit card company and Paypal involved to help. Still I had to ship the dresses to China through DHL (it was the cheapest) Cost me $100 which I will not get back. To date, TB Dress will not accept the package from DHL in China.
Many of the online dress sites are from China - look at the return policy before buying. If it says take a picture and send it to us, blah blah blah - Stay Away.
Buy from an American company that you can return it to.

wrong size cannot return 2 months to receive
Ordered dress and blouse/top Aug 4th. reportedly to be received in 2 weeks....later 28 days....finally received Sept 30t 2 months after credit card billing made to company. The Suze. is not even comparable to any USA/Canadian sizes....4-5 times smaller than ordered. repeated emails sent with preposterous responses, final from company said keep it anyway????? cannot return as return info either indeciferable or in Chinese.
Address, postal code, original shipping source, cannot be determined from package received label.. Better Business Bureau in Canada has no reports on file.... leads to belief company is OK, but USA site states all negative. TB dress address is San Jose USA (info available on USA BBB site). BBB info states customers believe this is a major scam
