unlock

i have tata docomo cdma omh sim buying 24 nov 2011. the sim card having some defect that when i am in roaming area it is not work it means its incoming and outgoing not worked. i fade up that error but not response from tata gallary. please tell me what will i do. my sim card which is problemed no is 9221949429.
