No Customer Resolution

Don’t waste your time. I booked a hauler to pick up and drop off a refrigerator at a set time, from a locked location. Not only did the contractor not show up and ignore my phone calls, Takl offers no customer support on weekends. Their response on the next business day, “Sorry our No show $75.00 contractor cost you $400.00, but we’ll give you 25% off your next service.” Why would anyone use a service you can’t depend on to just show up.
